I’m Samantha Alder, a Human Resources professional with over eight years of experience partnering with organizations across diverse industries to develop strategic, people-centered HR programs that drive results. My work focuses on creating structure and purpose within organizations—building policies, recruiting systems, and engagement initiatives that help people and performance thrive together.

Beyond my HR career, I lead community-based initiatives like SamPower HR, which provides free career development workshops, and Grace & Grit Network, which delivers domestic violence awareness training and advocacy.

 

Whether I’m collaborating with executives to design equitable HR strategies or guiding community members toward career growth, my mission remains the same: to empower, educate, and build workplaces where people feel valued and equipped to succeed.

About Me.

I have a background in accounting and have built my human resources career through a variety of remote contract roles across the United States. My experience spans multiple industries—including nonprofit, Fortune 500, startups, technology, healthcare, retail, and more—which has given me a unique understanding of how different organizations operate and thrive.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped each organization strengthen its people strategy by developing programs, policies, and procedures that create consistency and efficiency. I’m passionate about using HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, improve processes, and support long-term organizational success.

Whether supporting leadership on workforce planning or building new employee initiatives, I take pride in helping teams create workplaces that are both effective and empowering.
